JOHNSTONE The Family of the late Colin (CJ) wish to express their deep appreciation to those who have offered such kindness, support and messages of sympathy and comfort following our bereavement; we especially wish to thank the staff at Dunkeld Medical Centre, Perth and Kinross District nur-sing staff and the NHS staff at P.R.I.; special thanks to Neil Dorward, W.
