FARQUHAR (Aberdeen/Leochel Cushnie) Suddenly, but peacefully, at Summerhill Eventide Home, Aberdeen, on Monday, February 12, 2024, Anne Farquhar, aged 91 years, LRAM, LTCL (formerly of 8 Cromwell Gardens and Holmhead). Retired music teacher at Fraserburgh Academy, Bridge of Don schools, Cults, Stoneywood and St Margaret's. Daughter of the late Alexander and Annie, dear sister of the late Eileen and Alaister. An adopted Scottish mother of Anne Mangill (former pupil of Bridge of Don school). Anne was a respected, loving and caring friend to many. Funeral service in Mannofield Church, Aberdeen, on Monday, February 26, at 11am, followed by a service in Leochel Cushnie Parish Church, AB33 8LJ, at 1.15pm. Interment thereafter to churchyard. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please.
