Sir James was patron of the Edwin Fox Society here in Picton New Zealand for many years due to being a descendant of Dunbar shipping that once owned our historic ship and we were blessed to have him and his New Zealand family visit in 2014 when we received an award from the World Ship Trust in London. I had recently tried to contact Sir James with our progress and hoping he received our news before his passing. Thinking of the family and very grateful to have met Sir James.
