TAYLOR (Banff) Peacefully, with her devoted husband by her side, at Chalmers Hospital, on Friday, December 2, 2022. Lorraine Jane Allan M.B.E. (nee Thom), aged 73 years. Cherished wife and best friend of Eddie, much loved and loving mum of Sharon, Elaine, Gordon and a very special part of the lives of James, Jamie and all the others over her many years of fostering, dear mother-in-law to Willie, Allan and Nicola, proud and doting nannie of Sean, Abbie, Sophie, Maizie and Jessica and a very dear sister, sister-in-law, aunty and good friend to many. She will be a sorely missed to all those who knew her and a great loss to the local community. Funeral service to be held in Banff Bowling Club, on Monday, December 12, at 12 noon, thereafter to Banff Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited, no flowers please but donations may be given, if desired in lieu, for Charlie House. Black clothes are not necessary, please feel free to wear a touch of colour, especially purple.
