PIRIE (Torphins) Suddenly at home on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, Gordon, aged 62 years. Beloved husband of Alison and proud dad to Jennifer and Heather, a much loved son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and a good friend to many. He will be sorely missed. Funeral service to be held at Mid-Deeside Parish Church, Torphins, on Monday, September 5, at 1pm, thereafter to Torphins Cemetery. All family and friends are respectfully invited. Men in possession of a kilt are kindly requested to wear. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, at church door, to Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland.

My deepest condolences to you and your family for your loss.
I heard that Gordon had passed away from a friend in Aberdeen.
I knew Gordon from the time I worked at Jenkins & Marr Architects.
Gordon worked on many projects with me and was always fun to work with.
He was very competent and was always on hand to help out at difficult times.
I can always remember him at lunchtime getting out his fishing equipment and creating new fishing flies for his next fishing expedition.
I left Aberdeen in 2000 and worked in Ireland and Italy but I have always wondered how Gordon was getting on in life.
My thoughts are with you and his family at this sad time.
