FINLAYSON Catherine Finlayson passed away peacefully at the Kello Hospital, Biggar, on August 3, 2022, aged 84. Devoted wife of Dougal, who passed away November 2, 2021. Beloved mother of Lesley and Stewart, their partners Gordon and Wendy and adoring grandmother to Emma, Katrina and Mariana. Catherine and Dougal lived in Cults 1973-2012. Catherine taught at Hanover Street School and after retiring she worked tirelessly for Breathe Easy, The British Lung Foundation. She will be dearly missed by family and friends. Catherine's service will be on Tuesday, August 16, at 1pm, Warriston Crematorium, 36 Warriston Road, Edinburgh, EH7 4HW. Followed by a reception at Royal Burgess Golf Club, 181 Whitehouse Road, EH4 6BU. There will be a video link should you like to watch the service if you can't attend.
