DUNCAN Former Aberdeen Journals employee of some 50 years, John Milne Duncan passed away peacefully at Banff Care Home on July 11, 2022, after a period of illness. Beloved and adoring husband to the late Frances, an exceptional father to Keith and devoted grandfather to Rebecca and Kara. John or rather 'Johnnie' as he was known to his peers and closest friends, was an exceptional character who will be sadly missed - a true inspiration. Thanks to all nursing staff for taking care of him and a special thanks to Sue, George and Doris whose love and dedication have meant so much during his period of illness. A true battler with the strongest of hearts is finally at peace. A private family funeral shall celebrate the wonderful life of the great Johnnie Duncan.
