GIBB (Stromeferry/Ellon) Suddenly but peacefully, with her family by her side, at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness, on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, Barbara (Babs), nee Eddie. Dearly beloved wife of the late James Gibb, dearly loved sister to Ken, Brenda, and brother-in-law Bob, adored aunt of five and great-aunt to eleven, a dear friend to Ian, Samantha and Emma. Very much loved by all friends and family. Funeral service on Friday, July 8, at 11.30am, at Baldarroch Crematorium, Crathes, to which all friends and family are welcome. Family flowers only, donations in lieu at the chapel door to Aberdeen Breast Cancer Unit, ARI, if wished.

Ursula and I are so sorry to hear of Babs passing. We have fond memories of our times together in Canada as well as Scotland. The last time we saw Babs and Jimmy was for lunch near Inverness. She seemed very happy and it was great to catch up on old memories. Babs had such a lovely smile and quiet demeanour. She always made us feel comfortable and welcome in her presence. Our sincere condolences to Ken, Brenda, Bob and families. Thinking of you all. Rod and Ursula
