MAITLAND Peacefully, at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, with his loving family by his side. Brian (Pieser), aged 76 years. Father to Amanda and Brian, loving brother of Ethel, Margaret, Gilbert, Gladys, Henry and the late James and Ian. Brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Funeral service to be held at Aberdeen Crematorium (East Chapel) on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 1pm. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please, but donations can be given, if so desired, in lieu to The Anchor Unit.

A fine guy, we enjoyed Brian's company. We shared many an O.V.D. rum with him over the years with his favourite song in the background, Snow Patrol, " Chasing Cars." Brian liked his football and horses and knew what he was talking about. He did not suffer fools gladly, he called them Bams and Melons ha ha ha. Brian's banter will be sorely missed.
