WILSON Peacefully, after a short illness, with his loving family, at Roxburghe House, on Sunday, August 22, 2021, Michael, aged 71 years (retired Head Teacher at Rhynie School). Dearly loved husband of Muriel, much loved dad and granda Mike, a dear friend to many. Service at Aberdeen Crematorium, Hazlehead (East Chapel), on Wednesday, September 1 at 1pm, to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, at exit door, for Cancer Research.

Really sorry to hear the sad news about Mike. I worked at Drumblade School when he and I [along with Jim Green at Kennethmont] were the young go-ahead "dominies" who would change the world of education. I enjoyed those days back in the 1970s and 80s when life moved more slowly and I enjoyed talking shop with Mike at the end of meetings and on the touchlines at football games. An intelligent and pleasant man.
