BLACK (Garvock/Arbuthnott) Doreen, David, Shona and the family wish to express their sincere appreciation to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of love and sympathy, cards, telephone calls and flowers received after their recent sad loss of Hugh. Grateful thanks to MND nurse, Susan for all the support given to Hugh and Doreen, everyone at Laurencekirk Medical Centre, especially Dr Clark and Fiona and also Matthew at the Pharmacy in Laurencekirk. Special thanks to the Rev. Norman Trewren for his uplifting and comforting service, to Neil, Alison and Bill for all their kindness with the arrangements. Many thanks to the staff at the Grassic Gibbon Centre for the lovely teas, and Hugh's vintage tractor colleagues with their Massey-Fergusons who escorted him on his last journey, a gesture that he would have greatly appreciated. Finally thanks also to all who paid their last respects to Hugh at the church and graveside and kindly donated £1155 that will be shared between MND Scotland and Arbuthnott Parish Church.
