FRASER James Edward, CB (Edinburgh) Peacefully at home on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, in his 90th year, Edward (formerly of the Scottish Office), beloved husband of Patricia, much loved father of Paul and Mark, dearest father-in-law of Sally and Nahara and dearest Grandad and Grandee of Sophie, Charlotte and Jamie. Funeral Service at Warriston Crematorium, Lorimer Chapel, Edinburgh on Thursday, August 5, at 3pm.
