KING (Banff/Ordiquhill) Peacefully, at ARI, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, Archibald King (Archie) aged 80 years, late of Inchford Farm. Dearly beloved husband of Muriel (nee Wood), loving Dad to his daughter Moyra and son Gordon, a dear father-in-law to Jenny and proud Granda of Alexander. A very special brother of Isobel his twin, Mary, the late Doris and Chrissie, dear brother-in-law, uncle, uncle-in-law and great- uncle. Funeral private at his own request and also due to current restrictions. The funeral cortege will travel from Cornhill Parish Church to Ordiquhill Cemetery on Wednesday, March 10, leaving Cornhill around 1.30pm. Should anyone wish to say farewell to Archie on his final journey, please adhere to social distancing. With grateful thanks to the paramedics and all staff on Ward 106A, Coronary Care Unit, ARI for their compassionate care and support extended to Archie and his family during his very short stay in hospital. He will be very sadly missed by many.
