BROWN Peacefully at the Links Unit, Woodend Hospital on Monday, February 1, 2021, Arthur William, aged 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Joyce and a dear dad, father-in-law, granda, brother and uncle. Funeral Service private due to current situation.
