MATHERS (Pitcaple) Doug, Debbie and Lee, wish to convey their sincere thanks to all who have extended their sympathy to them by the way of cards, telephone calls, messages and flowers following the sad passing of Gladys. We would like to thank the following Nurses and Doctors for their exceptional care and support of Gladys over the last couple of months, ARI ward 209, Roxburghe House, District Nurses, Marie Curie Nurses and Macmillan Nurses. We will be forever grateful. Special thanks to Rachel Donald (Humanist Celebrant) for her uplifting and fitting service, just as Gladys had requested. Many thanks to Brian Smith Funeral Services for their professional handling of the funeral arrangements. Donations collected at the service and a donation from Gladys will be shared between Marie Curie and Macmillan Nurses.
