RAE (Elgin) Jean, Douglas, Catherine, Kirsten and Alastair would like to thank all of our family, friends and neighbours for the many lovely cards, phone calls, flowers and thoughtful messages of sympathy and support following the sad loss of Jimmy, our cherished and beloved Husband, Dad and Granda. Your donations to Alzheimer Scotland were also gratefully received. Special thanks to Moray Council Home Care and Social Work Departments and all health professionals from NHS Grampian and Linkwood Medical Practice who provided support and care to enable Jimmy to remain in his own home for many years. Our heartfelt thanks to Claire and all her staff at Abbeyside Nursing Care Home for the compassionate care they showed to Jimmy and ourselves throughout his time in their care. Thank you to John and the staff of W.G. Catto Funeral Directors for their warm and professional service in handling the funeral arrangements in these difficult times and to Shona of Sentimental Inspirations for her beautiful floral tributes. We also wish to give special thanks to Neil Lynch for the lovely, moving and very personal service; it was "just Jimmy". Many have shared their memories of Jimmy as the cheery, most kind, hardworking gentleman that he was and we are so grateful and blessed to have had him in our life. A true gentleman to the very end.
