CHRISTIE Carol, Joan, Alison, Ellie & the Family sincerely thank all relatives, friends & neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy received during their sad loss of Alex (a Dad & Granda), for the many cards & flowers. Special thanks to all staff at The Links Unit, Woodend Hospital who tended to Dad during his stay & the excellent care he received. We would like to thank the Rev Jonny Clipston of Newhills Parish Church for his very comforting service & words at the interment at Newhills Cemetery & a special thanks to Jim for beautiful music throughout the service. To Julie The Piper, thanks for piping at the Church & at the Graveside, to Wm Gilchrist, Bucksburn, Fiona & the team for handling all the funeral arrangements, kindness, compassion & professionalism shown to the family at this difficult time. Audrey at Audstar, Dyce for truly beautiful flowers & all the staff at Dunavon House Hotel for a lovely funeral tea. We would also like to thank all who donated so generously at the service for Cancer UK & £600 will be forwarded in Dad's memory.
