BURT (Huntly) On Wednesday, January 15, 2020, after a long illness, Syd Burt passed away suddenly but peacefully at home. He was a devoted husband to his adored wife and soulmate Rosie, an inspirational father and father in law to Tyson and Allison and the most loving and funny grandad to Poppy and Asha. Syd was a remarkable man who lived life with honour and simplicity. May his spirit of kindness and compassion to all creatures live on in us all. We have a lost a good one, but we will never lose our love for him. For his beloved sister Gloria, his much loved daughters Nicola and Kerrie and his adored grandchildren, Maia, Milo and Rosa and all other family members, a post-funeral memorial service will be held in Plymouth on the Friday, February 7, 2020. Syd's funeral will take place on Friday, January 24, at 2.30pm, in Baldarroch Crematorium, Crathes. All welcome.
