FINDLAY (Blackburn) Lilian and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy at the recent sad loss of Doug. Grateful thanks to staff at Ward 209 ARI, Doctors and District Nurses at Gilbert Road Medical Practice, and also to Doug's 'special quines'- the carers from Aberdeenshire Social Care for guiding the family through the last few weeks of Doug's life. Also special thanks to Leys Hotel for looking after those who attended the funeral teas so well, and also Sharon and her very professional team at Eric P Massie Funeral Directors, and Rev Neil Meyer of Kintore Parish Church for their caring and personal touches through the family visits and the touching funeral service. Finally heartfelt thanks to all who paid their last respects at the funeral service and generously donated over £700 to UCAN.
