McRITCHIE (Huntly) Peacefully after a sair fecht at Rothieden on Saturday, September 7, 2019, Raymond Gordon, aged 73 years, much loved husband of Margaret Finnie, devoted dad to Valerie and Moira, doting granda and great granda to Rachel, Daniel, Lindsey, Jodie, Isabella and Freddie also a dear father-in-law to Les and Tony. Funeral ceremony in The Stewart's Hall, Gordon Street, Huntly on Friday, September 13, at 1.30pm, thereafter to Huntly Cemetery. All friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired at hall door in aid of ward 209, A. R. I. and Friends of Jubilee Hospital.

I first met Raymond in the maternity hospital. We were born on the same day. We were in the same class at school for most of the time. He was a lovely boy and man. I'll miss his funny banter on social media.
