ALLAN (Banff) Passed away peacefully at Banff Care Home on Saturday, April 20, 2019, Dr Norman James Wilson Allan, aged 96 years, retired Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at University of Ottawa and retired local Councillor of Banff. He will be sadly missed by his two children, Sheila and Bruce and his very special friend and companion Dr Alison O'Neill. Funeral service to be held in Banff Parish Church on Monday, May 6, at 10.30am, thereafter to Banff Cemetery to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations, in lieu, may be given for Banff Parish Church.
