GORDON (Alford/Whitehouse) Peacefully, at A. R. I., on Monday, November 26, 2018, William Rose (Bill), aged 92 years, (late of Whitehouse Shop), beloved husband of Barbara Mc Lauchlan, dear dad to William and Andrew, a devoted father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service in Tough Parish Church, on Monday, December 3, at 1.30 p.m., interment thereafter to churchyard. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please. Very sadly missed.

So sorry to hear about Bill, remembered with great fondness. Such a genuine & kind man with a fine sense of humour. We remember him well from his days at Whitehouse shop & earlier in the grocers van when we, as kids looked forward to our weekly packet of crisps , our lucky tattles and comics! Sorry for the late tribute we have been away from home. Evelyn Fletcher, Aileen Southgate & Ian Bews.
