HARPER Suddenly but peacefully at Roxburghe House, on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, Rona, aged 70 years. Beloved wife of Brian, caring mother of Andrew and Neil, dear sister of Liz, brother-in-law to David and a much loved aunt. Funeral service private at Rona's request.
