Service of Thanksgiving for Billy's life on Saturday, September 23, at 9.30am in the Kingsview Christian Centre, Balnafettack Road, Inverness; thereafter to Tarbat Cemetery, Portmahomack (cortege to arrive at approximately 12 noon).
