ELLEN (Nairn)Ann, Chris and the family of David Main Ellen are deeply grateful for the support of his friends and neighbours in their bereavement. They extend their thanks to all those who travelled from near and far to attend David's funeral. Sincere thanks go to Derek Innes who conducted the service; Steven Manders for his memorable eulogy; Sandy Park for his tribute on behalf of Nairn Dunbar Golf Club; Jean Innes, the choir and organist of the United Reformed Church; the florists for their beautiful arrangements; the Nairn Dunbar Golf Club for their catering and hospitality; Callum Ross of David Ellen Funeral Directors for his efficient and sympathetic handling of proceedings; and finally to the caring staff of Whinnieknowe who looked after David in his final four months. David lived a long and fulfilling life and he will be fondly remembered by all those whose lives he touched.
