DAVIDSON Peacefully, on May 4, 2012, at the Royal County Hospital, Guildford, with his family around him, George Duncan Davidson, in his 91st year, of Fernielea Road, Summerhill, Aberdeen (formerly of Aberdeen City Police and Deutag Drilling Company). George retained fond links with the North East, especially his home town of Elgin. Devoted husband of the late Dita, beloved father of Hasko and Hilke and adored by his grandchildren. A celebration of George's life will be held on Wednesday, May 16, in Summerhill Parish Church, at 12.30 p.m., thereafter to Midmar Churchyard, arriving approximately 2 p.m., to which all family and friends are warmly invited. Very sadly missed. Schlaf gut bis morgen.
