GORDON (Garve) Peacefully, with her family at her side, at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Dingwall, on Thursday, April 5, 2012, after a long struggle with failing health, bravely borne, Iris Grant Gordon (nee MacKenzie), aged 83 years, retired Postmistress at Garve Post Office. Dearly loved and devoted wife of the late Murdo, a much loved and loving mam to Hilary a very dear sister to Muriel and the late Christine, Derick and Myra, sister-in-law, auntie, great-auntie, cousin and friend. Funeral service at Kinlochluichart Parish Church, Garve, on Friday, April 13, at 12.30 p.m., thereafter to Inverness Crematorium (large chapel), at 2.30 p.m. All friends respectfully invited. Flowers or donations may be given at either service for the National Osteoporosis Society and the Chest, Heart & Stroke Association. Arrangements by D. Gunn, Funeral Home, Dingwall.
