With heavy hearts, after a very short illness, we announce the sad passing on Thursday, April 21, 2016, of Ernest (Ernie), aged 65 years, (Honorary member of Bridge of Don Country Club). Darling husband of Elaine Craig, former husband of Winnie Cheyne, loving father of Dawn, grandad and best friend of Jamie, respected step-father of Richard & Donna, Sarah & Gary, and adored grandad of his girls Sophie, Ayva and Zoe, loving older brother of Carol and a loyal friend to many. Very sadly missed. A celebration of Ernie's life will be held at Aberdeen Crematorium, Hazlehead (West Chapel), on Thursday, April 28, at 11.45am. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu, if desired, can be made at the chapel exit door, for the Diabetes Society. Resting at The Aberdeen Funeral Home, 49 Causewayend.
