REID (Aberdeen) Peacefully after a short but brave fight with his family by his side at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary on Friday, April 15, 2016, Dennis Brown (Denny), aged 78 years. Beloved husband to Catherine (Cathy), much loved dad to Calae, Deborah, Mark, Dennis, Amanda and Ian, proud grandad and great grandad to many, a dear father-in-law, a brother to Roseanne, Margaret and the late Jim, a dear brother-in-law, a cherished uncle and a dear friend to many. Also a proud member of Abergeldie Bowling Club and Aberdeen Indoor Bowling Club and Life member of the R. U. A. club. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 27, at 10.25am, at Aberdeen Crematorium (West Chapel), to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations can be made to Cancer Research (collection box at chapel exit). Resting at Wm Gilchrist Funeral Directors Kaimhill Road, Aberdeen, AB10 7JL.
