Dorothy and Neil would like to express their heartfelt thanks to family, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy by way of cards and telephone calls, following their sad loss of Tommy. Special thanks to the staff of wards 101 & 107 A.R.I., for the care given to Tommy on his many visits, to the carers who attended to Tommy at home and also to the doctors and nurses of Gilbert Road Medical Practice. Many thanks to his brother Ray for his care and help with the arrangements and his sister June for her care during Tommy's long illness. Thanks also, to Wm. Gilchrist for their care and efficient service, and to Linsey Watson for officiating the funeral. Finally, to all who attended the funeral and donated so generously, £980 was raised, to be given to the M.S. Society and the British Lung Foundation.
