REID Marie, along with Adam, Ella and their grandparents sincerely thank all emergency services staff who helped so professionally, but with such great compassion on Steven's sudden but peaceful passing, on February 22, 2012. They express heartfelt thanks to all relatives, friends, work colleagues, neighbours, customers and school pals for supportive visits, cards, letters, telephone calls and e-mails with so many words of great comfort and wonderful memories of Steven, also Dr John Reid for his support. All the family are appreciative of the Rev John Cook's caring visits and uplifting Kirk service and wish to thank Gordon McIntyre for his animated delivery of the tribute to Steven. Special thanks to Isobel Balfour for playing the organ, Gordon Forbes for piping, Jack Duncan for such friendly advice and efficient funeral arrangements, to Kevin Farquhar for providing a hearty fly cup.
