GUNN (Portgordon) Annie, Kenny and family wish to express their sincere thanks for the fantastic support given to Jimmy and them over the last few weeks and months. Thankfully the care provided by Moray Council Home Care Team, Ardach Doctors and Community Nurses made being at home more comfortable for him. Special thanks to Nurse Keith MacKay and Seafield Hospital staff for their compassionate care also for the efficiency of David Lawrence and Joe Dawson which has meant so much at this sad time. Thanks also to the large attendance at the celebration of Jimmy's life in Portgordon Church by family, friends and neighbours; the amount of £1,150 was raised for local organisations. The cheery eulogy given by Rev. Brian Bain was very fitting for Jimmy and it was really nice to share the history of a local character. Grateful thanks to Silverspoon Catering for coming out on Christmas Eve and providing the best sausage rolls and teas. As Jimmy would say to promote road safety to his many driving school pupils and family, " Tak yer time and watch the roads ".
