KEMP Suddenly but peacefully at A. R. I. on Wednesday, June 3, 2015, James (Bill), aged 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Patricia, loving dad of Norman and Julie, dear father-in-law of Anne and Reg, a cherished granda and great granda. Funeral service private at his own request.
