A diamond

I was told today that David had passed away last year, its been a few years since we last spoke and i am so sad he has passed away, i got a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye but he was the kind of man who was a diamond, would help anyone out, he cared about others, he liked to talk, a really good friend and again a very honest and decent pal, so sad. We used to talk most days when i left Iain Smiths and he always took the time to chat with me, i could write a million good things about david and that would just be the tip of the iceburg, i am going to miss you david. I hope your looking down continuing your good work. Miss you. Grant
