MATTHEWS Ruby (Edinburgh, formerly Aberdeen)After a brave battle with illness, Ruby Jane Whyte Matthews died peacefully in hospital, on Saturday, November 15, 2014. Dearly beloved and wonderful mother of Philip, Kelvin, David, Susan and Sarah, mother-in-law to Karen, Andrew and John and a much loved grandmother to Jayne, Christie, Ross, Emma, William, Jack and Robin. Funeral service at Bruntsfield Evangelical Church, on Thursday, November 20, at 1.30 p.m., followed by a graveside service at the Grange Cemetery for family only. No flowers please by her own request.
