HAY Peacefully at Woodend Hospital, on Saturday, September 10, 2011, Doris Rose, aged 90 years, loving wife of the late John, a dear mum to Mike and Derek, a grandmother to Colin and Christine and great-grandmother to Daniel and Rebekah. Funeral service to be held at Aberdeen Crematorium (East Chapel), on Thursday, September 15, at 2.40pm, to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, but donations, in lieu, will be gratefully accepted at exit door of chapel in aid of British Heart Foundation.

Used to goto into the 22 Club on a saturday and doris would be sitting there, we often chat about the old times before i was born, she had a good wit and was very friendly, she would come into club 6 hours before bingo would start, the club will miss this decent lady, always enjoyed her company. R.I.P Doris, never be forgotten
