HOWIE After a long illness, Dr. Ian Harrison Howie passed away at the Beatson Cancer Centre, Glasgow, on April 1, 2014. Dearly loved son of the late Danny and Violet, and a great friend to many. Funeral service at Aberdeen Crematorium, East Chapel, on Wednesday, April 9, at 2.40 p.m. No flowers please, but donations will be gratefully received in aid of Cancer Research at chapel exit.
