MACDONALD Roderick and Isabel would like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues for the many kind expressions of sympathy extended to them following their recent sad loss of Willie, their dad. Special thanks to all the staff at Ward 5A Raigmore Hospital and the care staff at Elmgrove Residential Home. Sincere thanks to the Rev. Alistair Malcolm for his comforting service, to the congregation of Inshes Church for their prayers and to Mr. Ronnie MacLean for his tribute to dad. Particular thanks to Capt. Neil Hall, Army School of Bagpipe Music, Robert Fraser and Alistair Mearns for their exemplary piping. Many thanks to Brian Urquhart at the British Legion for providing the catering. To Mrs Peggy Gunn, 25 St. Valery Avenue, Isobel wishes to thank her for her unstinting support shown to both dad and I over the many years and the support she continues to show - `who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is above rubies'. Proverbs, Chapter 31, Vs. 10. Lastly, thanks to Vicki Fraser of John Fraser and Son, 17-29 Chapel Street, Inverness for her professional and sensitive organisation of the funeral arrangements. Generous donations of £353.59 were collected for Cancer Research.
