MACKAY (Skerray) Peacefully, surrounded by his family, in his home in Skerray, on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, Hugh Mackay, aged 73 years. A loving husband of Mabel for 51 years, father to Donald, Angus, Alistair, David, Terry and Andrew and a much loved father-in-law to their respective partners. An immensely proud and in return adored papa to thirteen grandchildren and recently great-grandfather to one. A loved and respected brother and uncle, a valued neighbour and frieind to many. Funeral service within Skerray Free Church, today, Wednesday, December 23, service commencing at 2 p.m., thereafter to Skerray Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired, may be given at the service, in aid of the local District Nurses Fund.
