ALLAN Alison Allan, and the family of her beloved husband John, wish to thank their good friends and the very kind villagers of Beauly for their many expressions of sympathy extended to them at this devastating time. Special thanks go to Mr J. Logie, Cancer Consultant, the doctors and community nurses at Croyard Road Surgery, Beauly and the Marie Curie Nurses, all of whom were so supportive and caring to both John and Alison. The Priory Hotel, Beauly provided a lovely early lunch for the family before the comforting and uplifting services conducted by Rev John Ferguson at the church and crematorium. Our thanks also go to Ruth Sinclair, Church Organist, who kindly fulfilled our request to have `I`ll walk with God` played. Our heartfelt thanks go to William and Martin Fraser of William T. Fraser and Son, Funeral Directors, who in their usual caring and respectful manner, made this difficult time more bearable, and who also arranged to have `I`ll walk with God` played at the crematorium. The superb floral arrangements were by Susan Campbell, Inverness and the Beaufort Hotel provided an excellent buffet. Alison and family also appreciate the large number of friends who attended both services, and who donated so generously to the Croyard Road Surgery, and to the Marie Curie Cancer Care.
