MATHERS Bob, Bill, Uryth and families would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy shown to them, personally and by the many cards and floral tributes received on the recent sad loss of their mum, Uryth. Grateful thanks to Jenny and Yvonne for their regular visits to mum also all the carers at Pitcairn Nursing Home for their special care and attention given to her over the last 4 years, to the Women`s Section of the Royal British Legion for the poppy tribute at the graveside, Jim Greig for his words in the church, Rev Iain Thomson for his kind words and comforting service, Mr Jack Duncan for his sensitive and caring arrangements, and finally, to all who paid their last respects at church and graveside, and for the generous donations for Alzheimer`s Society, which amounted to £600.
