STUART Peacefully, on Tuesday, January 2, 2007, after a short illness borne with courage and dignity. Fraser, in his 76th year (MNI retired Shipmaster), elder son of the late George and Cath, dearly loved husband of Joan, much loved and devoted father of Helen and much respected father-in-law of Andrew. Funeral arrangements announced next week.
