BROWN Peacefully, at The Glens Nursing Home, Edzell, on Tuesday, November 29, 2005, James (Jim), in his 101st year, late of Reidhall, Edzell and formerly of Fettercairn, beloved husband of Mary Craighead, last survivor of the family of Mr and Mrs John Brown, New Deer, dear father of Sandy, John, David and Jim, loving father-in-law of Christine and Fiona, a dearly loved granda and great-granda. Funeral service at West Mearns Parish Church, Fettercairn, on Saturday, December 3, at 11.00 a.m., to which all relatives and friends are respectfully invited, thereafter cremation private. Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu if desired, may be made at the church door in aid of church funds.
