Peacefully, at Harrogate, North Yorkshire, on Tuesday, May 17, 2005, Catherine Beattie, nee Macleod, formerly of Culkein, Stower and Glasgow, beloved wife of the late Archibald Beattie, a very dear and much loved mother, mother-in-la w, grandmother, sister and aunt. Funeral service, to which all friends are respectfully invited, will be held on Monday, May 23, from the Free Church, Stoer, at 1 p.m., thereafter to Stoer Old Cemetery. Flowers welcome, but donations if so desired, to Alzheimers Research, can be made at the church door, or forwarded direct to Allan Bruce, Funeral Directors, Lochinver/Kinloc hbervie.
