Very peacefully, at the Fairmile Marie Curie Hospice, Edinburgh, on January 14, 2005, after a difficult 18 months, borne with great courage and patience, Audrey Laughland (74), beloved wife of the late Sandy Leyden, loved and loving daughter of Winnie and the late Dr James Williams, of Grantown-on- Spey, devoted sister of Hugh and his wife Beth, a much loved cousin, aunt, great-auntie and a wonderful friend. Service at Mortonhall Crematorium, Main Chapel, on Thursday, January 20, at 3 p.m., followed by a service at Mortonhall Crematorium, Main Chapel, on Thursday, January 20, at 3 p.m., followed by a service in Inverallan Parish Church, Grantown-on- Spey, at 12 noon, on Saturday, January 22, to which all friends are invited. No letters please. Donations gratefully received by the Fairmile Marie Curie, or The Highland Hospice, in lieu of flowers.
