SKENE
Quietly, in her sleep, on Tuesday morning, November 23, 2004, at Knavesmire Nursing Home, York, Catherine Skene (Cathy, nee Strachan), aged 83 years, widow of the late Bill Skene, who died in 2000. She had lived in North Yorkshire since 1988, although all of her earlier years had been spent in Aberdeen, where friends and family remain. Funeral service to be held at Stonefall Crematorium, Wetherby Road, Harrogate, on Tuesday, November 30, at 1.40pm.
