The wedding took place at Epping Registry Office, on July 31, 2004, between Dawn, only daughter and step-daughter of Eddie and Barbara Allan, Aberdeen and only daughter of Eileen, Huddersfield, to Frederic Bourquin, only son of Mimi and Jean Bourquin, Dieppe, France. The couple were attended by their daughter Finlay and son son Francois, the bride's brother Mark was bestman with the bride's friend Karen was bridesmaid.
