At Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, on Thursday, May 27, 2004, after a short illness, Neil (of Norwich Union), darling husband of Dorothy, loving son of the late Allan and Helen, dear brother of the late Allan, respected friend of Alison and Iain and Andy and Louise, pretend grandad of Chelsey and Taylor and dear nephew of Isobel. Funeral ceremony private at Neil's request. Family flowers only, please, but donations in lieu, if desired for The Scottish Liver Transplant Unit, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, may be given at the chapel door.
