Suddenly, but peacefully, at Stracathro Hospital, on Wednesday, May 12, 2004, Alice Smith (nee Middler), aged 90, of Clyde Court, Arbroath. Beloved wife of the late James R. Smith, much loved mother of Elizabeth and Evelyn, mother-in-la w of Ross and John, a dearly loved grandmother of Lynne, Jane, Lesley and Lynsey. Funeral service at the Old & Abbey Church, Arbroath, on Wednesday, May 19, at 2 p.m., thereafter at the Eastern Cemetery, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.
