Suddenly, at home, on Saturday, April 17, 2004, David, aged 73 years, beloved husband of Olive, loving father of David and Alan, dear father-in-la w of Rosemary and Susan, and much loved grandfather of Derek and Martin. Sadly missed. Funeral Ceremony private at his own request.
